OHGCS currently recredentials practitioners based upon the specialty of the practitioner. We currently have 8 reappointment cycles in a 2-year period. On the left side of this page under “Forms” you can view what specialties are going to be reappointed during a defined period of time. The Reappointment Schedule contains the following information:
- Dates that reappointment packets will be mailed
- Effective Dates of the Reappointment Cycle
- Date the next Reappointment Packet will mailed
