As a provider-owned company, our Utilization Management (UM) program works collaboratively with providers to manage care of customers. Program emphasis is on health and disease management, not the denial of services. Our program received a three-year NCQA accreditation in an HMO environment. Our UM service is available to clients as a freestanding or integrated product.
